The interior design for Casa Las Olas addressed all structures on the property, including the Retreat House, the Porch House, and the Glitch House. Dramatic spatial moments, floods of natural light, generous balconies and terraces, and varied views of natural vistas punctuate each room and drive circulation throughout the buildings.

The furnishings selected for the project complement the surrounding landscape and an overall sensation of sophisticated ease. The palette is contemporary and tropical, with a focus on colors, textures, and natural materials. Saturated hues dominate the ground floor with deeply tinted fabrics, rich Venetian plaster walls, and mahogany built-ins. The second floor bedrooms are airy and earthy, with a focus on neutral tones and textiles including alabaster terrazzo floors, rattan accents, and soft linens.

Furniture, decor, and artwork was sourced from a curated mix including local Dominican designers, boutique New York City-based designers, established international names, and Young Projects' own works. Several furniture and built-in pieces were specially commissioned and designed for Casa Las Olas.
